Refund Policy – Holiday Ideas

At Holiday Ideas, we strive to provide our customers with unforgettable travel experiences across Srinagar and beyond. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total booking amount.

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.

2. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

If you need to cancel due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling at our discretion. Supporting documents may be required.

3. Cancellation by Holiday Ideas

In rare cases where we must cancel your booking due to operational issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

A full refund of the booking amount, or

An option to reschedule to a later date at no extra cost.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a tour or service without prior notice will result in no refund.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Bank transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Changes and Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
