4. Hotel Booking Policy

If a hotel booking is confirmed but unavailable at check-in due to reservation issues or an error from our side, we will provide an alternate hotel of similar standard.

Once the client accepts the alternative, no claims, complaints, or legal actions will be entertained.

5. Medical Emergencies

Holiday Ideas is not responsible for any medical emergencies during the trip.

However, we can assist in arranging medical support if required.

We strongly recommend that travelers have travel insurance to cover medical expenses.

6. Transport & Delays

We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or extra costs due to changes in flights, trains, buses, or other modes of transport.

Any additional costs incurred due to such changes must be borne by the traveler.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

Weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, storms, etc.).

Road conditions (landslides, blocked roads, traffic issues).

Safety concerns (political unrest, natural disasters, health risks).

Changes will be made in the best interest of the travelers, and no claims will be entertained.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package, hotel, and airline. Clients are advised to read cancellation terms before booking.

Refunds will be processed as per the service provider’s policies, and Holiday Ideas is not liable for any delays in refund processing.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Srinagar, J&K.

Tour Policy

1. Booking & Payments

Bookings must be made in advance, and a minimum deposit of 50%Β is required to confirm the reservation.

Full payment must be completed 2 days before departure.

2. Travel Documents

Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documents.

Holiday Ideas is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

3. Accommodation

The hotels provided are as per the package details. If unavailable, an alternate hotel of similar category will be arranged.

Requests for specific hotel preferences are subject to availability.

4. Meals & Activities

Meals included in the package are mentioned in the itinerary. Special dietary requests must be communicated at the time of booking.

Activities are subject to weather conditions and safety regulations.

5. Travel Insurance

Travelers are highly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liabilities.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

Holiday Ideas acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).

We are not liable for accidents, loss of property, injury, or death during the trip.

Clients must follow safety instructions and local laws at all destinations.

7. Code of Conduct

Travelers must respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.

Any misconduct, illegal activity, or damage to property may result in termination of the tour without a refund.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for changes or cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances.

9. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints must be reported immediately to the tour manager or our support team.

Any disputes will be resolved as per the laws of India.
